Since 1973 he has sold, leased and purchased approximately 1 million commercial square feet and has been actively engaged in the building and development of shopping centers in New York. As owner of several shopping centers on Long Island, he is involved in all aspects of managing those shopping centers, along with office buildings and medical centers in the area.
